Once your plan is in place, we serve as the full-time administrators of your coverage, giving you freedom from paperwork and red tape that other providers may burden you with.

Our services include enrollment and eligibility, changes, claims adjudication and reconciliation, COBRA management, and more. We provide your employees and plan participants with all of the necessary documents and paperwork, including ID cards and Certificates of Coverage. No stone is left unturned because we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive services, without exception, once you are a customer.

Limitless Custom Benefit Services

The only thing your company has to do is sign up with us for a custom benefit plan. From there, we handle the rest with ease. If your participants ever have questions or concerns, they simply contact us in any number of convenient ways. We have web-based telephonic and paper enrollment available.

Our licensed Benefit Counselors are available from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, to offer personal assistance with any facet of your custom benefit plan. There is no limit to our involvement in the administration services of your plan, so you will always know that your employees are in excellent hands.
