The Benefits Plus Plan and MedPlus Plan are designed to provide coverage for
all employees. Full and part-time employees, regardless of the number of hours
worked in a month, and their eligible dependents can receive benefits at an
affordable cost. The Benefits Plus Plan pays a scheduled benefit regardless of
the amount of billed charges or discounted charges. The MedPlus Plan pays on an
expense incurred basis up to a scheduled benefit maximum amount.
The PPO Plu$® combines a first dollar plan with a high deductible catastrophic
plan.
